Read from the company’s own draft offer document (DRHP) (the document). A reservation in a draft is what the company proposes: the RHP fixes its size, who qualifies and on which date, and any discount. Holding shares of a listed parent does not by itself guarantee an allotment.

Strengths and risk factors from this issue’s prospectus aren’t available yet.
Allotment is decided and published by the issue’s registrar, not by the exchange and not by alphave. For Gamp Services Limited, the registrar is not yet disclosed.
The Gamp Services Limited IPO's offer document is linked on this page as filed. SEBI and the stock exchanges also publish it, and the lead managers host it.
The Draft Red Herring Prospectus is the document a company files before an IPO — with SEBI for a mainboard issue, with the stock exchange for an SME issue. It describes the business, the financials, the risk factors, the promoters and how the money raised will be used. The Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) is the updated version filed before the issue opens, with the issue dates; the price band is announced separately, at least two working days before bidding opens.
Gamp Services Limited filed its draft red herring prospectus on 18 October 2026; the exchange lists its status as "Under Process". The issue dates come with the red herring prospectus and the price band is announced before bidding opens; this page adds them when they are published.
Subscription figures are the exchange's category-wise book (NSE's consolidated NSE and BSE figure, or BSE's own for a BSE-only issue), read about every 5 minutes during bidding hours and held at the final tally after close. GMP is an unofficial grey-market indicator checked about every 20 minutes between 8 am and 10 pm IST from a third-party reporter; the history keeps a row for each change. Price band, lot size, issue size, dates, registrar and lead managers are from the exchange's issue details and the offer document filed with SEBI and the stock exchanges. Financials are the restated figures in the offer document, and the shareholding pattern is as disclosed there; allotment results come from the registrar, whose page this page links to. Anchor investor allocations, where shown, are from the anchor allocation filed with the exchange.
Grey Market Premium is the price at which an unlisted IPO application or share changes hands informally, before the stock is listed on the exchange. It is quoted as a rupee figure over the issue price, so the upper end of the price band plus the premium is the price the grey market is dealing at.
The grey market is an over-the-counter market between private dealers. It is not operated or supervised by NSE, BSE or SEBI, no trade is settled through a clearing corporation, and no dealer is obliged to publish or honour a quote. Figures are collected by third-party reporters and different sources routinely disagree, which is why a premium can move sharply within a day or vanish entirely once bidding closes.
Grey Market Premium is an unofficial, unregulated over-the-counter datapoint reported by third parties. It is not a price, a forecast, or an indication of listing gains, and is not investment advice.
