Amber Enterprises is a contract manufacturer of room air conditioners and components, producing complete RACs, heat exchangers, motors and injection-moulded parts for most major AC brands in India. It has diversified into electronics manufacturing services (PCB assembly for consumer durables, telecom, automotive — including the ILJIN and Ever units) and railway subsystems and defence electronics via Sidwal. Revenue is seasonal and driven by RAC industry volumes plus the scaling electronics and rail divisions.
