What JSW Dulux does

Decorative and industrial paints and coatings company, formerly Akzo Nobel India, selling under the flagship Dulux brand across premium and mass decorative paint segments alongside protective, marine and powder coatings for industrial customers. The listed entity came under the JSW Paints/JSW Group fold after JSW Paints agreed in 2025 to acquire Akzo Nobel's controlling stake in the Indian business, and was subsequently renamed JSW Dulux.

Dulux is one of the top decorative paint brands in India, historically holding a strong position in the premium emulsion segment.
