Aegis Vopak Terminals is a joint venture between Aegis Logistics and the Netherlands' Royal Vopak that owns and operates storage tank terminals for LPG and liquid products (chemicals, petroleum products, vegetable oils) at Indian ports. It earns capacity and throughput fees from oil marketing companies, chemical firms and traders, and listed via IPO in 2025. Growth is driven by new LPG static capacity and terminal expansions on both coasts.
