ACME Solar Holdings is a renewable energy independent power producer that develops, owns and operates utility-scale solar, and increasingly wind, hybrid and firm-dispatchable (FDRE) projects with storage. It sells power under long-term PPAs primarily to central agencies such as SECI and NTPC, and listed via IPO in late 2024. Revenue is contracted tariff income from operating capacity, with growth driven by a large under-construction pipeline.
