HBL Engineering (renamed from HBL Power Systems in 2025) manufactures specialised batteries — for defence (submarines, torpedoes, aircraft), railways and industrial standby — and has become a key supplier of railway safety electronics, notably KAVACH train collision avoidance systems and train management systems, which drive its current order book.
