Data Patterns (India) is a Chennai-based, vertically integrated defence and aerospace electronics company that designs and builds radars, electronic warfare suites, avionics, BrahMos-related electronics, automated test equipment and COTS boards. Its customers are primarily DRDO labs, defence PSUs, the armed forces and ISRO, and it is distinctive for owning design IP across the full electronics stack in-house. Earnings are order-book driven, tied to indigenous defence procurement programmes.
It is one of the few private Indian companies with end-to-end in-house design capability in defence electronics.
