Tenneco Clean Air India is the Indian clean-air business of US auto-components group Tenneco, manufacturing exhaust after-treatment systems — catalytic converters, diesel particulate filters, selective catalytic reduction systems and complete exhaust systems — for passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle and off-highway OEMs in India. Demand is driven by OEM production volumes and tightening emission norms (BS-VI and successors), which raise content per vehicle. It listed on the exchanges in late 2025 via an offer for sale by its parent.
It is among the leading suppliers of exhaust after-treatment systems to Indian OEMs.
