Belrise Industries (formerly Badve Engineering) is a Pune-based auto-component manufacturer supplying sheet-metal and tubular structural assemblies, chassis systems, exhaust systems and polymer parts, predominantly to two-wheeler OEMs such as Bajaj Auto, Honda and Royal Enfield, along with commercial-vehicle and four-wheeler customers. Its products are largely powertrain-agnostic body/chassis parts, positioning it for the EV transition; it listed on the NSE in May 2025.
