What Schaeffler India does

Schaeffler India is the listed Indian arm of Germany's Schaeffler Group, manufacturing rolling bearings and automotive components under the FAG, INA and LuK brands. Segments span automotive technologies (engine, transmission and chassis components, clutch systems), automotive aftermarket, and industrial bearings for railways, wind, and general machinery. Revenue is driven by supplies to vehicle OEMs, the industrial sector and the replacement market, with an export component to the parent's global network.

One of the two dominant organized bearing makers in India alongside SKF.
