SKF India is the Indian arm of Sweden's SKF Group, manufacturing and selling rolling bearings, seals and related services. Following the demerger of its industrial business into a separately listed SKF India (Industrial) Ltd, the listed SKF India entity is focused on the automotive business — bearings and hub units for two-wheeler, car, truck and tractor OEMs plus the vehicle aftermarket. Revenue is driven by OEM supplies and a strong replacement-market franchise under the SKF brand.
SKF is one of the two leading bearing franchises in India alongside Schaeffler.
