What Piramal Pharma does

Piramal Pharma, demerged from Piramal Enterprises in 2022, operates three businesses: a global CDMO (Piramal Pharma Solutions) with development and manufacturing sites across India, the US and UK; complex hospital generics (inhalation anaesthetics like sevoflurane, injectables) sold globally; and an India consumer healthcare portfolio with brands such as Lacto Calamine, Littles and i-pill. CDMO is the largest revenue segment.

It is among the larger India-headquartered CDMO players with a significant US/EU manufacturing footprint.
