It has been merging with Blackstone-backed Quality Care India (CARE Hospitals, KIMSHEALTH) to form one of India's largest hospital platforms, Aster DM Quality Care. Revenue is driven by bed additions, occupancy and ARPOB across its southern-India cluster network.
