What JK Tyre & Industries does

JK Tyre & Industries manufactures tyres for trucks and buses (its core strength, including market leadership in truck-bus radials), passenger cars, farm and off-the-road vehicles, under the JK Tyre brand in India and Tornel in Mexico; subsidiary Cavendish Industries (acquired from Kesoram) adds capacity including two/three-wheeler tyres. Revenue is driven by commercial vehicle tyre demand (OEM and replacement), with natural rubber and crude-linked input costs the key margin variables.

It is a pioneer and leader in truck-bus radial tyres in India and among the country's top tyre makers.

Financial ratios, as filed

Consolidated annual figures taken from JK Tyre & Industries Ltd.'s own filed statements — not estimates, and not restated by us. The most recent period shown is FY26 (year ended 31 Mar 2026).

Per-share figures are not restated. Shares outstanding changed from 27.40 crore to 1.00 crore in FY26, consistent with a bonus issue or stock split. Each year's EPS and book value below are as that year was filed, on that year's share count — so the per-share line falls across FY26 even where profit did not. Compare the absolute figures (EBITDA, free cash flow, total debt) and the margins across that boundary, not the per-share ones.
