Styrenix Performance Materials, formerly INEOS Styrolution India, manufactures styrenic polymers — ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and polystyrene — used in appliances, automotive interiors, electronics and consumer goods. Ownership moved from INEOS Styrolution to the Shiva Performance Materials group, after which it was renamed. Revenue tracks ABS/PS volumes and spreads over styrene and other monomers, with appliances and autos the key demand drivers.
It is one of only a few ABS producers in India, alongside Bhansali Engineering.
