Sheela Foam manufactures polyurethane foam and mattresses, best known for the Sleepwell mattress brand, alongside technical foam used in automotive, furniture and industrial applications. It acquired rival Kurlon, adding the Kurl-on brand, and holds a stake in furniture/home business Furlenco; it also has overseas foam operations in Australia (Joyce Foam) and Spain. Revenue is driven by branded mattresses and B2B foam sales through a large distributor and exclusive-retailer network.
It is among the largest organized mattress makers in India, with Sleepwell and Kurl-on two of the category's biggest brands.
