Sagility is a pure-play healthcare-focused business process management (BPM) company serving US health insurance payers and healthcare providers with services such as claims administration, member/provider engagement, clinical services and revenue cycle management. It was carved out of Hinduja Global Solutions' healthcare business and listed in November 2024; nearly all revenue is from US healthcare clients, delivered from India, the Philippines and other centres.
It is one of the largest India-listed pure-play healthcare BPM operators.
