The Phoenix Mills is India's leading retail mall developer-operator, owning and running large consumption centres under the Phoenix MarketCity, Palladium (luxury) and Phoenix Citadel/Mall of the Millennium banners across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Lucknow, Indore, Ahmedabad and other cities, several via a JV with GIC and CPPIB-backed platforms. It supplements rental income with offices, hotels (St. Regis Mumbai) and residential projects. Earnings are annuity-like, driven by retail consumption growth, trading densities and new mall completions.
It is India's largest listed mall owner-operator by retail leasable area.
