DLF is India's largest listed real estate developer by market capitalisation, with a development business focused on premium and luxury residential projects concentrated in Gurugram (DLF City, The Dahlias/Camellias super-luxury belt) plus other North Indian markets. Its annuity arm DCCDL, a joint venture with Singapore's GIC, owns a large portfolio of rent-yielding offices (Cybercity) and malls. Earnings combine lumpy residential pre-sales/collections with steady rental income, and the company has moved to a net-cash development balance sheet.
It is India's most valuable real estate company with a dominant land bank and luxury franchise in Gurugram.
