What Dalmia Bharat does

Dalmia Bharat is one of India's largest cement producers, with manufacturing concentrated in South and East India under brands including Dalmia Cement, Dalmia DSP and Konark. It has grown capacity through both organic expansion and acquisitions (including assets acquired from Jaiprakash Associates group) and emphasises blended/low-carbon cement. Earnings are driven by regional cement prices, volume growth in its core southern and eastern markets, and fuel/power cost management.

It is a top-four Indian cement maker by installed capacity.
