What Ambuja Cements does

Ambuja Cements is the Adani group's flagship cement company (acquired from Holcim in 2022), producing cement and clinker with a strong brand in trade markets and a coastal logistics edge from its captive ports. Together with subsidiaries ACC, Penna Cement and Sanghi Industries it forms India's second-largest cement platform, pursuing aggressive capacity expansion toward ~140 MTPA. Revenue is driven by cement volumes and realisations, with group-level cost synergies in fuel, logistics and procurement.

Anchor of India's second-largest cement group by capacity, after UltraTech.
