Aurobindo Pharma is a Hyderabad-based generic pharmaceutical manufacturer producing oral solids, injectables, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) across therapies including antibiotics, antiretrovirals, cardiovascular and CNS. The US generics market is its largest revenue driver, served through subsidiaries such as Aurobindo Pharma USA and Eugia (injectables/specialty), complemented by European operations and ARV supply to global health programs. It is among the most vertically integrated Indian generic players, with large-scale API capacity feeding its formulations business, and is investing in biosimilars and Pen-G/API backward integration under PLI.
