Texmaco Rail & Engineering, part of the Adventz (Saraogi) group, is India's largest private-sector freight wagon manufacturer, supplying wagons to Indian Railways and private customers, along with steel castings/foundry products, rail EPC (track laying, electrification, signalling via Kalindee) and bridges/structural steel. Revenue is dominated by wagon deliveries under large Indian Railways tenders, making earnings order-book and execution driven.
It is one of India's two largest wagon makers alongside Titagarh.
