What IRB Infrastructure Developers does

IRB Infrastructure Developers is a roads and highways developer and operator, with one of India's largest portfolios of build-operate-transfer (BOT) and toll-operate-transfer (TOT) highway concessions, alongside EPC construction. It sponsors both a private InvIT and the publicly listed IRB InvIT Fund, into which assets are monetised. Revenue is driven by toll collections on operating concessions (including major corridors like the Mumbai-Pune expressway) and construction income on under-development projects.

It is India's largest private toll-road operator by lane-km of BOT/TOT concessions.
